N.K.Bagrodia Public School, Sector-4, Dwarka, observed 'Constitution Day’

Constitution Day, also known as Samvidhan Divas, is celebrated in India on 26 November every year to commemorate the adoption of Constitution of India. On this day in 1949, the Constituent Assembly of India adopted the Constitution of India, and it came into effect on 26 January 1950.

Indian constitution was first described by the Granville Austin to achieve the social revolution.The constitution of Indian was adopted to constitute the country as an independent, communist, secular, autonomous and republic to secure the Indian citizens by the justice, equality, liberty and union.When the constitution of India was adopted, the citizens of India were entered to a new constitutional, scientific, self-governing and modern India with the peace, poise and progress.

The students of N.K.Bagrodia Public School, Sector-4, Dwarka, observed 'Constitution Day’ with much enthusiasm on 25.11.2016. Activities were held in various classes so that the students can learn the importance of constitution in democratic nation. Special programmes were conducted from classes VI to X in which students showed their zeal and respect towards constitution . Children of Class VI prepared beautiful posters , children of Class VII represented slogan on the topic "Importance of constitution". Class VIII students spoken the preamble and the students of class ix did ppt presentation and x made informative collage on "Importance of constitution". Quiz was also conducted in 8th class on constitution topic. It was a day full of activities and students interest on such an interesting topic proved that they still have the urge to do something for the society and humanity by conveying the messages to the society regarding the importance of constitution.
