‘Cleanliness is next to Godliness ‘is rightly said as clean environment increases the life of the beautiful nature. Keeping these views and to inculcate the spirit of hygiene, importance of cleanliness and aversion to unhygienic condition in all children from the very initial years of their schooling, a rally was conducted by JMIS, class –V Aryabhatta students recently. With Teacher Coordinator Ms.Seema Sahu the rally proceeded to the neighborhood area and sec-6 DDA market.
Students held the placards and banners which were designed by students, displayed cleanliness concerned messages. Students were sensitized the people by actively participating in picking up litter from the road and market area and also by educating customers and shopkeepers by distributing and explaining pamphlets. With this a new journey began for them as responsible citizens to be the ‘change’ and make the difference.
