Today is Ravi Shastri's Birthday. He started his career as Left arm orthodox bowler under the captainship of great Indian batsman Sunil Gavaskar in Newzeland on 21st Feb.1981. After that he established himself as brilliant batsman. He also hit six sixers in one over of Tilak Raj in a Ranji Trophy match. At time, he was the second batsman of the world after Sir Garfild Sobbers who hit the same no. of sixers on Malcom Nash in a county match. In the year 1985, India won the Champions Trophy played in Australia. He won "Champion of Champions" award and Audi Car and the first who brought such an expensive car at that time. He played 80 Test Match & 150 ODI during his cricketing career.
