A Graduate in any discipline or a Diploma holder in Elec./Civil/Mech.Engg. with adequate experience in a supervisory capacity in any Central Govt/State Govt./ Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies/ Companies/ ex-Service men, within an age group of 35 and 60 years.
