The A.G.M. of Surya Co-operative Group Housing Society Ltd. was held on Sunday, the 27th July,2008 at Plot No.14, Sector-6, Dwarka Phase-I in the premises of the apartment . According to Mr.Randhir Singh-Hony. Secretary & Mr.Sant Ram-Treasurer of Surya Apartment many important issues like fresh DDA water connection in each kitchen, installation of water meter for every flat, provision for community hall to organize small functions like Birthday/Kirtan/Havan, Duplex system for the lifts, celebration of festivals, extension of balcony and kitchen were passed unanimously. The Audit Report for the year 2006-2007 was also presented and approved by the members outrightly. Mr.R.N. Sangwan-one of the residents of the apartment told The Creatives World tha the likes his apartment because the flats are spacious, with proper ventilation and surrounded with lush greenery.
