A grand function to support Government of India’s faverouite program of Promotion of Hindi language along with promotion of Hindi cinema was organized by International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry in association with FWICE- Federation of Western India Cine Employees at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.
After celebrating National Education Day on 11th November during Global Film Festival, which is also the birthday of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, eminent educationist and the first Education Minister of independent India we added 12th November as Hindi Cinema Samman Diwas to honor all those who have contributed in the promotion of Hindi through Hindi Cinema,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and ICMEI.
Jackie Shroff veteran actor, Sushant Singh actor and General Secretary CINTAA- Cine and Television Actors Association and Sandeep Marwah President ICMEI handed over the Hindi Sahyogi Samman to H.E. Petko Doykov Ambassador of Bulgaria to India.
Ambassador was awarded in the presence of Shartughan Sinha former Union Minister and veteran artist from Industry and Vijay Goel Minister for State of Parliamentary Affairs and statistic implementation Government of India, T.P. Agarwal President IMPTPA, B.N. Tewari President FWICE.
