The matter regarding carpeting of main / internal left out roads, laying of paver blocks on the road side pavements, development of parking sites, installation of direction boards, repair of broken boundary walls/wicket gates / footpaths of parks etc was in detailed discussed by Shri Chhatwal with the Chief Engineer. Sh Chhatwal also handed over the list of pending civil work of the area to CE.
Shri C S Solanki, President raised the issue of proposed market plot (opposite Mother Dairy) being used by SDMC for last around 10 years in Sector-8 Dwarka, though this plot was allotted to MCD by DDA on 21-4-2014 for one year on purely temporary basis. He also requested CE for immediate construction of Shopping Centre.
Sh P S Dhunta, Joint Secretary requested for removal of encroachment from the footpaths and construction of Dhalaos in the area. Sh V. K. Anand, Vice President raised the issue of water logging on the newly constructed internal roads.
After detailed discussions Chief Engineer has very kindly agreed to most of the points raised by the Association and assured time bound execution of all such pending civil work of the area.
