On occasion of International Yoga Day Bhartiya Yog Sansthan, Dwarka Region is organising Yoga Shivir for Children from 10 years to 16 years from 14th June To 20th June at Golok Dham park, Sector- 10 Dwarka, New Delhi.
The Children will be given trainning on AASAN/PRAYANAM /DHAYAN with lots of cultural and educational activities . There will be focus on
1. Concentration for studies .
2. Eyeside improvenment
3. Analytical skills improvement thru Dhayan
4. Height Imrovement Thru AASANS
5. Most Important Focus will be given on educating on food habits so to impart knowledge of good and bad food so that they shall select their food wisely .
The Shivir is completely free and open for children of Dwarka and near by locations.
