Few months back (June) laying OFC work as done by some firm. DDA was also informed of the broken side pathways. Neither the OFC work is completed, cables can be seen laying on the footpath nor the broken patch of the road is repaired. Broken area has become dumping ground. see pic.
Shall be grateful if the matter is given personal attention and completed on priority.
Also impose penalty on the firm for delay and incomplete work left. As all work has a time frame to complete and return the road in good condition or as taken. Is it not applicable in this case.
Also the illegal kiosk is yet to be removed. It is not understood why DDA is delaying its removal when notice has been issued in June.
Also no action on the illegal water connections either from Palam Dabri Road or at Nasirpur Road from main water supply line has been taken.
Local residents are the worst sufferers. DDA is misrepresenting by saying that closing gate valve will affect pocket 6 residents. Whereas the ground reality is pocket 6 is not getting a drop of piped potable water from supply line.
