Shiksha Bharati Public School, Sec-7, Dwarka held Annual Sports Week, which went on from 26th Nov, 2013 to 30 Nov. 2013. The Chief Guest were Sh. Kuldeep Vats-President, Delhi Olympic and Volleyball Association & Padamshree Sh. Satpal Ji-Additional Director of Education (Sports), Delhi were welcomed by hon’ble Manager Madam Smt. Ramesh Kumari Bhardwaj on opening and closing ceremonies. Principal madam Smt. Mamta Gupta and coordinator madam welcomed other distinguished guests. Sports torch was settled on the stadium of the school, pigeons and tri-colour balloons were flown in the sky which was followed by oath. A cultural programme including Ganesh Vandana was presented by Jr. And Sr. students.
Different sports events went on throughout the week and students participated with a great zeal, on last day sports competitions were organized for parents and teacher. All the winners were given away prizes. The speech of Chief Guest was encouraging and enthralling. Finally, a vote of thanks was proposed by manager madam.
