SRI RAM MANDIR, Dwarka will be celebrating the 1st Sri Rama Navami festival on 19th April 2013 after the consecration (Pran Pratishta) was done on 4th June 2012 by His Holiness Jayendra Saraswati Sankaracharya Swamiji of Kanchi Kamakotee Peetam.
SRI RAM MANDIR, Dwarka probably is the first such temple in this part of the city which has been consecrated by Sankaracharya and the temple has been established in true ritual manner.
The programme starts at 7.00 AM with Rudra Japam, followed by Abhishekam to all the deities, Ganapathy Havan, Navagraha Havan Purushasuktha Havan, Laksharchana to Lord Sri Ram, Bhajan, Deeparadhanai, Prasadam Distribution.
Every devotee can participate in the Laksharchana that will be held at the temple complex, which will begin at about 9.00 AM.
In the evening a Shobha Yatra will start from Sector 4, Bank Apartment at 4.30 PM and proceed through Sector 4, 5, 6 market road, Ramphal Chowk and reach the temple.
We request all the residents of Dwarka to visit the temple on Sri Rama Navami day and seek the blessings of Lord Sri Rama.
