TV Stars views on EID

Roopal Tyagi (Gunjan of Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke): I have a lot of Muslim friends and Eid to me is all about trotting on an elaborate gastronomical trail throughout the day. Every year I go to a friend’s place and watch the entire family cook an elaborate
feast.
By evening the house is filled with friends and relatives who swear by the mutton biriyani prepared by my friend’s mother. Since, I am a vegetarian aunty makes it a point to make the yummiest veg-biriyani on that day. Apart from the biriyani I also gorge on sewaiyaan and the famed sheer kurma.
Shahbaaz Khan (Tuntun Singh of Afsar Bitiya) : Eid is an Arabic word meaning "festivity", while Fiṭr means "to purify"; and so the holiday symbolizes the purification after completing the fasting month. This is the most special festival in our calendar and every year has been special in some way or the other.
After the morning prayers the entire day is spent enjoying with family and friends. It has been a tradition in our family to do a lot of charity throughout the Holy month of Ramzaan.
Sara Khan: Eid is a once in a year celebration at my place where we have live gazhals, mehendi artists, fresh flowers and candles, excellent food with lucknowi biryani and original galouti kebabs from Kakori House.

Everyone dresses in their best colorful attire. We usually have around 80-100 people being a part of our celebration." sara's quote.
Zohaib (Rajiv of Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke) :
Eid has always been memorable as after fasting for a month we break our fast and celebrate. This festival has always been special as it marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting.
Typically, we wake up relatively early in the morning—always before sunrise— offer Salatul Fajr, clean one's teeth with a Miswaak or a
brush, take a shower (Gosul) after Fajr, put on new clothes and apply ittar before attending the special Eid prayer (salah). As a child I loved everything about Eid but getting up very early in the morning to get ready and go for the morning Namaaz.
