Danger to air safety from garbage ground

I would like to bring to your kind and urgent notice following facts:

Sector 8 in Dwarka, New Delhi, which adjoins the village Baghdola, there is no or very little arrangement of garbage disposal by MCD or its concessionaire. The RWA of sector 8 as well as Dwarka Forum have been trying their best to convince the MCD of the urgency in the matter particularly regarding sanitation and health hazard to the residents of the area. This all appears to falling on deaf ears.

We have seen that there is a signboard of DDA at the beginning of sector 8 near Queens Valley school that any dumping of garbage in this area is hazardous to aircraft. As it is a government notice to public, it obviously applicable to all points where garbage is dumped and not cleared. It is now my duty as a resident and as a senior citizen of India to say that garbage is still more hazardous if dumped in the areas shown in the attached picture. Your experts can clearly see that the area of Baghdola and Sector 8 Dwarka falls below and very close to aircraft taking off or landing using runways 27 and 28.

I request that DGCA take up the matter with MCD from air safety point on priority.

I shall appreciate to receive your response to the above.
