Almost all the Departments of Delhi Govt. DDA, MCD and other have introduced Citizen Charters for giving time bound services in issuing Ration Card, birth or death certificate and so on. On the violation of the charter, citizens can claim compensation, though meager.
On the suggestion of Dwarka Forum, Aajtak, a leading TV channel, is conducting survey / poll on the effectiveness and compliance of these citizen charters.
