Head Constable first salues to IG and then hand-over the Challan

The car of IG has crossed the red light, Head Constable stopped it, driver of the car told him that this car belong to Jt. Director (Min. of Home) who is equal to IG, HC first salute him and the hand-over the challan.

The Head Constable was Neeraj, if it has been the old culture, Neeraj might have either been sent to the Police line or has been suspended but nothing of that sort has happened. The IG appreciated his action. Satyandra Garg, Jt. Police Commissioner (Traffic), told that Neeraj will be given an award for performing his duty fearlessly and honestly. The car has crossed the red light at the Shayama Prashad Mukherjee Marg, Delhi.
