THEFT IN SECTOR 6 MARKET

With the firm handling by the Police, the encroachment from the pavement and footpath in the Sector 6 market, Dwarka is almost over. In this, Addl. DCP, Parmaditya visited the market personally few days back and acted himself against the encroachment.

On Monday’s night, thieves have taken out cash and goods worth lakhs from Sector 6, Dwarka market which comes under Dwarka South police station. It is reported by Dainik Jagran that the thieves have stolen cash of about Rs. 40,000 from the bakers I.P. Gupta. They also tried to commit theft from a cloth shop owned by Neeraj. Police has failed to crack the theft cases committed in recent past. Shri Robin Sharma, President of Vyapar Mandal told that such incidents take place in the wee hours and the shop keepers are panic due to thefts. DCP Anil Ojha told that Police is trying its best to check such incidents.
