ASSOCIATION OF SUFFERING MEMBERS OF
COOPERATIVE GROUP HOUSING SOCIETIES
Today morning a delegation of suffering members of 28 Cooperative group Housing Societies, who after waiting for more than 5 years to get allotment of their Flats thru Registrar Cooperative Societies, Delhi had opted for Self draw, was lead by Sh Mahabal Mishra, Member Parliament to meet Hon’ble LG, Delhi today. He requested LG not to impose any penalty while regularizing their Self draw; FIRs lodged by RCS & SCN issued by RCS against MC members be withdrawn; Requisite pre-occupation fee for those societies be levied who are yet to get POC/CC.
The conclusion of the meeting was basically on the following points:
1.Self draw conducted in 28 societies during 2010 would be regularized – one time relief to be given. No more self to be conducted.
2. Pre-occupation fee of Rs 1000/- as per DDA Rules to be paid by each member
3. Regularization will be subjected to following conditions:
(i) Each member will have to give Affidavit on Indemnity as per Delhi High Court order
(ii) Secretary/President of each Society has to give an Affidavit stating that the Self
(iii) Draw conducted by their Society was transparent/ fair, having no complaints/disputes
(iv) Rs 1000/- to be paid by each member;
(v) Ground rent & Property taxes have been paid by the society.
(vi) No more self draw would be conducted;
(vii) SCN issued by RCS office against MC members shall be withdrawn in uniformity with other similar
cases where SCN have dropped;
(viii) After regularization of self draw cases of FIR shall be withdrawn.
