Night sweeping by MCD in Dwarka

Sushil Kumar

It was a great experience.Around 600 delegates from all parts of Delhi representing RWA attended the convention.Apart from CIC other degnitories, Arti Mehra, Bijender Gupta, Jai Praksh Aggrawal, Joginder Singh and Jagdish Mukhi also addressed the Gathering. In question answer session many questions were thrown.I am also happy that many question were also put up by members from Dwarka. Rejimon specific question about night sweeping by MCD,Attendence of MCD employee by electronic machine. Rawatji from Sector-13 also raised issue of duct bin and poor maintenance. Anil Nayal and B.N.Pal from sector-17 also raised the same issue. Bijender Gupta, Chairman standing Committee, MCD replied that for night sweeping it has been started from Rohini and within next two-three months the will implement in other parts of Delhi.Arti Mehra, Mayor stated that theat electronic punching Machine has been installed in Town Hall and she will try to implement it in entire office of MCD in her tenure.Myself also raised demand to authorised RWA to take attendance of MCD people and Councillor must be accountable for RWA as it is done in Gram Panchayat in rural area. In principle they agree and Mayor ensured that this is being worked out to implement. I also requested Mr.Jagdish Mukhi to include in the election manifesto that the RWA will be authorised for such work if his party comes into Power. He requested URJA Chief to send a proposal and assured due consideration.
As Rejimon has already pointed about the pendency of RTI and the attitude of ROS towards RTI.CIC also said that the pendency will taken care as three more commissioner has joined him for disposal of pending Cases.
Shri Joginder Singh expressed his concerned about the security of the city and urged RWA not to depend upon Govt.only but try to conrol it at their own end.
Friends many of us may say assurance is assurance but believe me if we are able to put pressure from all the possible platform time will come where we can achieve our goal.
Finally big thanks to Rejimonji, Anilji, Bishtji, Jhaji and many others for their valuable time and input. Total attendance from Dwarka Region were 23.

Its was made with efforts of the members of Martha Maria samajam (women organization) members who looked magnificent in their traditional set sarees and moolapoovu adorning their hair.
They whole program was a visual treat to watch , specially for those thirsty eyes of keralaites who are staying in northern India since long and miss the smell and love of their homeland.
Onam which is celebrated in the spring by the keralites to welcome their king Mahabali who was sent to hell by the vaman who offered his head as the place to keep vaman’s feet so that he can fulfill his words; was clearly and beautifully depicted by small children who were dressed beautifully and wooed the hearts of audience with their innocence and talent.
The program was packed with Kerala folk dances like naadoddi nirthyam, thiruvadirra, bharatnatayam by Sunday school students vellam kalli pattugal, skits and songs,by MGOCSM members, which was all crowned by the entry of the king Mahabali himself who gave message of love and peace to his subjects.

4. Traffic Police officials/ concerned PCR Staff posted in Dwarka is belligerently behaving even they don’t bothered to see – that how routinely cars / private vehicles are parked wrongly / ill-legally in main roads of whole Dwarka specially near to all markets in Dwarka which causes major traffic jams and congestion even traffic police and concerned PCR staff does not bothered to see this hindrances even number of times antisocial elements / call center’s employees found consuming alcohols ill-legally , while parking their vehicles near to this food vans / wine shops not only this they even through empty bootless on main roads , which causes problems to the passerby.

TEACHER’S DAY

Sakshi
As you know Teacher’s Day is celebrated on 5th September every year. It’s basically celebrated in the memory of Dr. Radha Krishnan’s birthday. Dr. Krishanan was also the second President of India. Actually, Dr. Krishanan was a teacher by profession. This day has its own significance for the teachers’ community. In our school, on this day, the students are given the special duty of teachers to teach the students. Last year, I enjoyed the moment when I also became the teacher and taught my colleagues. It was really wonderful experience for me and I tried to copy my favourite teachers style & felt the importance of this respectable job indeed.
Teacher has a great role in every body’s life as he/she is the best guide/friend to shape
the career in more productive manner. Therefore, he/she is given due respect by everyone. The teachers are like God who teaches us many useful things of life through their subjects. I personally feel that parents have given us birth but to make our life more worth full depends upon our teachers. So, we should respect our teachers who really shape our future and make us a responsible citizen too. Let’s pray for them to live long and healthy life.
