In an exclusive interview with S.S.DOGRA, Managing Editor, Dwarka Parichay,

Q.Your Company's Profile.
Ans. Our company was Incorporated in 1989, the Polo Group owns and operates two of India's premier entertainment resorts with world class Amusement park, Water park, Snow park and resort facilities all integrated to offer its patterns a Destination for Fun. Fun N Food village has special offers for school or college groups, Corporate get together, birthdays, banqueting facilities and memberships..
Q. What is your infrastructure and affiliation?
Ans. As member of World water Park Association, Polo strives to maintain and better international safety and quality norms. The quality of water in our pools is maintained six times a day, the PPM and PH levels are monitored so that the visitors can remain fresh even after hours in the water. The entire water park areas is covered with synthetic grass which not only enhances the beauty of the park but ensures the safety of the visitors who might slip due to wet feet.
Q.What is your qualification?
Ans. I did my M.B.A. from Goldcost, Australia..
Q. Do you have any experience in this industry?
Ans. We born and brought up in this environment. We used to swim in the water park during childhood. I had already worked for five years in Australia and there I learnt several things like their working style, behaviour, culture, system etc. I try to introduce all of them in our own projects.
.Q. What changes new generation brought in the park?
Ans. We have improved the entire infrastructure with international standard. We are still making several changes as per global norms. .Q. Any future planning?Ans. Yeah, we are planning to establish fifteen more amusement/water parks by 2010. We are coming up with foreign Projects in Dubai & Uzebikstan. .
Q. Please explain about your staff ?
Ans. The staff plays very important role in any organization. We are lucky because we have very dedicated staff with us and whatever we achieved it's due to them only. Now, We are recruiting new staff from abroad also because we are following the International standard in our projects. .

Ans. Ans. When we won the most prestigious "The Golden Pony Award" . It was a memorable moment for us because I along with my brother Sarwan Chawla received the shining trophy. Although, the credit goes to our respected parents Sh. Balwant and Santokh Chawla who inspire us from time to time..
Q. What is your ambition?
Ans. Our main goal is to make all our amusement parks as Disney Land.
