Delhi government schools get ISO 9000 certification



New Delhi: Rajkiya Pratibha Vikas Schools at Dwarka and Suraj Mal Vihar have become the first schools aided by the Delhi Government to receive the prestigious International Organization for Standards (ISO) 9000 certification.
ISO 9000 is an internationally recognized standard that provides guidelines for establishing, improving and maintaining an effective management system.
Delhi Education Minister Mr. Arvinder Singh Lovely said, "The results of government schools is improving and the Rajkiya Pratibha Vikas Schools have met the tough criteria of ISO 9000 certification which is overwhelming."
