dear sir,
i am a resident of this famous & modern sub city called dwarka which is the most expensive real estate, and if the state of cleanliness is such as sampled here, then what about rest of the city!
FAIL TO UNDERSTAND, WHY CAN'T THE CITY PLANNERS PLACE DUSTBINS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS GENEROUSLY ALL OVER THE CITY, AT LEAST PEOPLE THEN WILL NOT HAVE EXCUSE TO LITTER ALL AROUND AND ANY SENSIBLE CITIZEN CAN ALSO POINT OUT TO HIS FELLOW TO DROP THE TRASH IN THE BIN.
AND... THE MCD /NDMC SHOULD BE PULLED TO TASK FOR CREATING FILTHY & DISEASE CAUSING ENVIRONMENT IN THE CITY.
IS THE HEALTH MINISTRY LISTENING??
